HBI NeuroOmics Core and Camara-Lemarrory Lab
- Open to UCalgary Undergrad Students, Proficiency in Python or R required
- The Hotchkiss Brain Institute NeuroOmics core and Camara-Lemarroy lab are seeking a highly motivated bioinformatics/biomedical sciences student with a keen interest in combining neurobiology with bioinformatics. The ideal candidate will work with in house generated spatial transcriptomics data from patients with multiple sclerosis, using computational tools to interrogate the data and integrate related multi-omics datasets.
Skill set: Proficiency in Python or R, working knowledge of genomics bioinformatics tools, ability to work with high computing clusters, familiarity with single-cell and spatial transcriptomics techniques is a plus.
