Hotchkiss Brain Institute Open Science Education Award

Funding Objective: This funding opportunity from the Open Science team is to help support students and fellows whose work pushes the Open Science Principles of the HBI. 

Eligibility:

• Must be a graduate student or a Postdoctoral Fellow at the time of the payments.
• Must have applied an HBI Studentship or Fellowship in the same competition.
• Must be under supervision of a full member of the HBI.
• Work must be related to Open Science Principles, found here.

Value: $1,000.00 per award.

Number of Awards: Variable, depending on budget

Citizenship: Unrestricted

Application Requirements: Students/Fellows applying in the regular HBI Awards competition (October, March) will fill out a box on the HBI award application form stating why their work promotes Open Science Principles. 

Award due date: March 15/October 1
