The ACT for Parkinson’s Program is made up of five core specialized services: Neurology, Nursing, Psychology, Community Liaison and Spiritual Care. Each service is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals living with Parkinsonism and their dedicated care partners. It’s amazing to know you will be there
Just having a team to listen, to be there to help to try to navigate things as mom’s complexities increase, to know you all are there… I don’t know what the future holds so it’s amazing to know you will be there to help provide the resources/persons that are applicable to the situations.
