Welcome to the NeuroOmics Core!
We are a service-oriented facility dedicated to advancing neuroscience through single-cell and spatial transcriptomics. With expertise in brain tissue processing and tailored bioinformatics approaches, we help investigators address the unique challenges of studying the central nervous system. Our mission is to empower researchers with the tools, technical support, and analytical insights needed to explore cellular diversity, map neural circuits, and uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying brain development, function, and disease.
We provide comprehensive services across the entire workflow:
- Sample preparation: Spatial tissue processing and single-cell suspensions optimized for transcriptomic profiling
- Library construction: High-quality single-cell and spatially barcoded libraries
- Bioinformatics support: Customized analyses including cell type annotation, differential expression, lineage tracing and spatial mapping
By integrating cutting-edge experimental methods with robust computational analyses, we help researchers generate reproducible, high-impact data tailored to their scientific questions.
The NeuroOmics core actively collaborates with other HBI core facilities, leveraging their expertise to strengthen projects and accelerate research.
Whether you are planning your first single-cell experiment, seeking bioinformatics guidance, or incorporating spatial context into your studies, our team is here to support you at every stage.
